Pastor Tom Stinnett was filled with the Holy Ghost in December 1979.  Shortly thereafter, he was called into the ministry while serving in the United States Air Force.  He faithfully served his country as an Explosive Ordinance Disposal Technician while serving his Lord as youth pastor, associate pastor and pastor of several churches until his retirement from the Air Force in 1992.

Pastor Stinnett completed an Associate of Arts Degree in Business Administration in 1994.  Shortly, thereafter, he founded the Church of Jesus Christ at Greenback, Tennessee in September 1994.  Pastor Stinnett is licensed with the International Church of Jesus Christ, located at Cleveland, Tennessee and has occupied a seat on the board of Bishops since 1999.

Pastor Stinnett married Debbie Langer in 1971. They have three children, Tommy, Joann and Joseph.
